Assuming no unknown issues, it think we know enough to say $44k is fair price, maybe even a really good price.

Remove air cleaner and crack open fuel filter threaded cap.. Cycle ignition (to trigger fuel pump) until diesel comes out of filter cap....

For future reference... Quigley rotors (at least on the earlier designs) are off the shelf rotors with a small amount of material machined off the backside.. any shop with a lathe can knock it out...

It's a 2004ish 400. I helped him find it last year, but can't quite remember the year cause it don't matter! It's the pre-48mm forks, that vintage.

I carried one that I replaced after it had an issue they kept triggering the charging light. It still made power though, so I kept it as a spare for the cost of the core charge...
