hello everyone, im currently building a 4x4 econoline excursion/expedition vehicle, but while that is being built, i figured i needed something to travel and do my mountain biking, kayaking, etc...

E350man... I also scored van clutch pedals, although they aren't for a hydraulic set up... I've been thinking of doing custom hydraulic clutch pedal set up used for hot rods to simplify my set up...

I'm hopin my combo of the 37's, 4.10 gearing, zf5 speed, and diesel with turbo will give me a 15mpg ave... keepin my fingers crossed. My 06 cummins finally broke in at 60k and I'm gettin 23mpg hiway...

Rockbender, what mpgs were you getting and what gearing are you running in your axles? Your van is a diesel with a turbo, correct?

I've seen and commented on urs before taylorvon, and I still like it! Great idea about linex on the doghouse, I will have to modify mine for the zf5, so I think the linex is perfect for covering up...

Well guys, I bought a rust free 1990 ford econoline class b camper van to modify to fwd. I bought one donor diesel ambulance cause I'm swapping out the 351 and goin oil burner and needed the diesel...

I'm from wisconsin too, and just bought an 89 e350 diesel rust free from maryland, flew out there and drove it back... I paid 1800.00 and it only had 84, 000 miles. I'm gonna put my intervec camper...
