Thanks for the pix JWA. Really nice to see what I'll be looking at before I start. Regarding the doghouse I agree -little if any gain by swapping doghouses. I know there are always production cost...

Reclining the seat we've tried and did help some but not enough. As far as lifting the front goes it would probably put too much pressure on my wife's hips/back. As it is now...

Thanks Scotty. I don't know but wouldn't think the "doghouse" would be interchangeable but I've been wrong at least 50 or so times before. Did you buy that one to cannibalize for your initial van?...

Don't forget airbags are designed primarily for people not wear seatbelts! As long as the seatbelt is used, the airbag is much less important, and if you are far enough away from the dash, it isn't...

That is a valid point but due to physical issues if my wife can't be comfortable we aren't going anywhere. I am a slowpoke, keep aneye out for others and nothing is 100% certain....

I have a 07 E350 passenger van with captain chairs in the front. There is not enough legroom on the passenger side for my wife. She needs about another 3 inches. Does anybody know...
