I installed mine using the same parts and brackets from atwood that they add to their conversion vans.

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

Other summer fun.

Found an old Schwinn "High Plains" cro-MO framed bike forgotten in a family barn. Hand brazed by US hands and all. I restored it with my bike bin parts and some entry level...

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

I snagged a long drawer about 50 inches long and a set of shelves from a utility van. They form the foundation for the rear area and the drawer makes for a very useful way to access the under couch...

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

I hadn't really thought about a rear ladder. I like the price though.

Does it put weird tension on the doors or anything? Durable and not cheesy made?

Just cruising around I get around 12ish....

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

Picked up a used custom rack locally. About 4.5 by 10 feet or so. It sits on Thule gutter mount feet and bars. I initially used just two bars. I got another set so I can add a floor to the rack...

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

I had to build the little trim rings to support the subs and add some depth. The magnet was too deep for the door. The subs are 8in. The speakers were 5 and a half I think. Whatever Walmart had And...

I built sub woofers and speakers into the rear door as well.

Re: "Eduardo" -2003 Chevrolet Quigley IFS 4x4 build

I have the interior about 2/3 done. Finished most of the roof and sidewalls. Used the 3m spray and headliner material for the roof.

I found the bike repair stand worked great as a third hand.

Any good ideas on making...
