Airbag light on (passenger)

Passenger air bag connector must have been stretched by the passenger swivel seat, the airbag light stays on.
I've tried everything, wiggle it, clean it, added dielectrique grease, etc... nothing...

I'm very sure, the windows are installed and sealed, I can't remove the inside trim.

Right now the thickness is almost 2" and I'm adding a 3/8" thick plywood.
