We do not have rear air but in Florida with 85 degree heat we had no problem keeping the rear of the van cool. This was with 80-90% humidity also.

Thanks guys. Apparently the inverter cannot be turned off. When i flipped it to "charge only" the outlets came on.

Now back to vacation in 90 florida heat.

Everything works off the inverter so i know that we have 120 power but it only works off the battery not...

Yes I do have an aftermarket alarm. Never use it as I live in the country. I guess I can try it tonight.
