If you're talking about the rear diff, most of what you're asking about would be the same between 4wd and 2wd.
I'm also looking into going to 4.10 with a TrueTrac and was recommended San Diego Gear...

This is a great thread. I have been looking at used 4X4s, but I'm thinking the AWD option would suit my off-road needs for a camper-van - mostly forestry roads and desert washes/arroyos, no rock...
