which van do you have? If you have a E-series, this will work great. If you have an older van, you can just buy the new style buckle seat belt, bolts right in.

Really? any idea what size they are? the seat belt floor tie down is like 7/16". At Home Depot, when I use the screw size thing, the seat rail bolt screwed in m12x1.75 perfectly

I think if you just get a piece of 3/4 plywood cut to size and reinforce with a few 1x4, you should be in business it'll probably sit on the seat
