Alternatively, there are grommets inside the front fenders leading into the cab.

There’s also an option of coming up through the DS or PS front door sills.

Iirc, the AIH doesn't energize at startup, but only during extended idle at low temps.
I also believe the GPCM can have its own code (P0670 possibly), but there are also other codes in the glow plug...

If there are two relays on top of the engine, the forward one is the AIH (air intake heater) and the rear is the GPR. Also, the AIH looks more brown and the GPR is black.
