I installed them on my 2003 E350 4x4 with the 7.3 and it was AWESOME!
I wished I had done it earlier. I just ordered a set for my 2001. Much smoother ride! The suspension uses the top couple inches...

Yes These will Work I installed the CC880's on my previous E350 and used the 24-186018 on both ends, front and rear. They are... (Compressed:13.590in. Extended 21.4.20in.) They're nearly the same...
