Don't know who the manufacturer is. It's what I ordered when I had SMB do my build. I am sure you could call SMB to find out who the manufacturer is.

This one is mine. What would you like to know?
We like this style because we are getting up in years and we need easy access to the head (in the back) without climbing over anything....
