I believe it's legal, or else they're all breaking the law. But I think it's legal as long as they promise to return after a time period. The one I saw was from Germany.

I still think that the more interest MB hears about a 4X4 van, the better. They may even pass on the info to the decision makers. I'm assuming MB doesn't import the 4X4 to the US because they do...
