There's something goofy about the Crosstrek. I'm not deluding myself into thinking it's any kind of offroad vehicle, but it might be perfect for the city. I also have a friend who says he'd buy it...

That's actually good to know, and it's new to me, but it makes sense. I'm sure I can take it out for half an hour or more every couple of weeks. Takes some of the pressure off, though, what you said....
