It is the high idle switch! I would of never figured that one out (it was driving me crazy) especially with the parking brake on. Thank you all for your help.

Any ideas on what this rocker switch (just above electronic brakes) does? It doesn’t seem to turn anything on/off, (no lights or compressor/door lock, etc). SMB-W nor my mechanic have any ideas. So...
