I was going to go with the Atwood Everest Star, seems like the best solution. But can't find a place to put it, the propane tank and a battery...

I have seen the catalytic heaters, but I'm afraid of the dangers of using it in a enclosed space.
I'm not really sure what the dangers are, are there excessive CO2 and CO emissions. I don't want to...
