I saw that thread but I wanted to get away from the square halogen light and go to the one piece housing of the later models. I'm not liking the black shroud of the cargo vans.

Hey guys, our '08 e-350 has the base model square halogen headlights with the black plastic shroud that you see on most cargo/service vans. I'm wondering how much work would go into swapping them out...
