thank you for the reply it does look like i would just need this bracket but for the opposite side (driver) the chair looks like it just drops on the factory base…im very excited to install it...

I just got a killer deal on this Superior Captains Chair I just need to get it mounted in my E350.... Got both the Captains Chair and the Bench bed for 100$ just need to make it work with the seat...
