Yup. I took a deposit and then got calls from guys offering $500-$1000 more if I would sell to them. Stuck with the guy who gave me the deposit first.

I seemed to get the most action from Craigslist...I got calls as far away as Santa Cruz, Washington, AZ and around SoCal. Once I hit a certain price, I got lots of calls and it sold very quickly. I...
