Found one for a fair price. Thanks everyone.


FYI, I called the publisher and they said they don't have plans to reprint any of them. If you want any of the series, I suggest buying them now.

Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately Powell doesn't have it. Alibris.com says $58.95 but when I clicked on it the price is over $200. I checked a few other places and no one seems to have it...

Anyone have a copy of this book that they would be willing to sell? It is out of print and I just spent an hour trying to find one in stock. It is the newest edition from 2006.
