To answer Jage's question, yes, you need to stretch it and wrap it on itself...it doesn't stick to the surface of the item that you are attaching it to but only to itself.

I've used it and it is very good stuff. Great for sealing leaks, etc. I think that it is worth having in your tool box since it can do many things that neither electrical tape nor duct tape can do.
