the more i think about it the more i like my passenger van. at first i wanted the cargo van, and put a window in myself, but its not as claustrophobic with all the windows. it may be a bit heavier...

i think i'm misunderstanding, but are you saying the interior plastic trim is what saved the trailer from going all the way into the van? those panels aren't structural at all... they're just trim.

i can confirm this is indeed true. the interior trim loses about 4" on the drivers for the rear a/c duct and 2-3" on the passenger's for no apparent reason. i tore all mine out and i am replacing it...
