I would say if you already have a SMB Penthouse top you should just repair it. There are a few reasons I say that. One is that the CCV top might not need the same size opening as your current roof....

I carry a plug kit with me and have used more than once it in the past, they work good most of the time...

The only thing that ever goes wrong with my van is that my wallet seems to have less money available than I would like to spend on it.
