No short found on this 2007 E350 rb50 passenger side fused circuit so running a new wire and circuit and replacing (abandoning) the old circuit.

I am trying to find a short or problem in circuit so temporaly removing fixture, may upgrade to a led. Thanks Unsure about this 12volt wiring.
