The Kenwood DNX7140 that I have allows you to selectively turn on the rear camera by holding the audio button for 2 seconds. It also turns on automatically when I put it in reverse. I'm guessing most...

The stock stereo is not quite double din size, you'll have to do some work to fit one in. Here is a previous thread on topic.
