In my 50 the seat base comes forward and the back comes down. I'm pretty sure my brother's sprinter works the same way, although when he is out solo he somehow takes the back off, so it is more like...

There are tons of RV outlets in Northern Indiana, Elkhart area. I'd look there for gauchos. I know in Texas the PH tops are contracted out to a small shop next to SMB, so it's likely the actual SMB...
