Strange as there are no emissions standards in Indiana, you'd think California is where it wouldn't be allowed. I go back to call again, talk to someone else.

Can't remove it, per emissions, I get that, but can you move it? It's just a vapor collection something or other (I forget) been around for a long time and simple application- no wires or anything...
