May I point out that the first and second tires are inflated, and the plate deforms the car tire? I stopped watching.

Also the cables can't be to keep it from going forward into the vehicle,...

Both of mine have been used and are fine. I don't think one leaky jack is a design problem, any hydrolic jack can have a bad seal. That said it is DEFINITELY Chinese manufacture...
