I miss the use of the door, the passenger footwell becomes a cubby hole (mostly shoes) when camped and the door pocket has essentials like bug spray, but it's easy to pull the foot and put the leg...

I followed Mike's lesson learned and mounted above the curve. After you get over punching the holes It's great.
