I've not talked to them for a few years now----I see their logic in that though.

I'm curious if they'd run one during a slow time if requested? Not sure they have any "slow times" though! :)

Any used top from 1992 to the end-of-life...

Any used top from 1992 to the end-of-life E-Series would fit----they're all the same body assuming you replace the existing with one from the same length van.

Better tops quality-wise, most...
