Yes, any contact cement at HD. Have no idea it it will come off easily if I ever change the gasket.

Was having the same problem with the gasket on...

Was having the same problem with the gasket on our CCV top. Went to Home Depot and got some contact cement. Has worked great. No more saggy gasket.
