I think this is the standard lid and not the flat one but Adventure RV has them on sale at a great price right now! Keep in mind this is the basic 3 speed fan, one direction and no rain sensor.

Looks like the change in the Fantastic Vent...

Looks like the change in the Fantastic Vent height is another reason to go for a Maxxair. Only 9.3" raised and only 5" closed, which is only .5" higher than the older, lower profile Fantastic Vent....
