Jage - absolutely nothing needed to run biodiesel. I've heard some of the older 7.3s may have issues with the fuel lines as biodiesel can attack some types of rubber. Newer vehicles have supposedly...

War- the diesel engine is ready to go as is with any commercially-available biodiesel. Ford only recommends B5 because they don't want warranty claims for pumps and/or injectors ruined by off-spec...

I wanted the diesel for towing purposes and was a bit dismayed by the noise after having two previous vans with gas engines. The interior noise of the stock van was unacceptable in my opinion. So...
