Van runs fine. I am going to try a new cap and see if that does it... but I feel like there should be a metal flap --- although I never really paid attention before.

Can some tell me if there is supposed to be a metal flap at the gas nozzle filler tube? I am getting an error code that there is evaporative emissions issue (P0456). Likely culprit, I suppose, is...
