Precisely my experience. I can have both feet on the brake pedal giving it all I have to give and the van can still be creeping forward in 4 Lo.

Your problem sounds somewhat similar to what I experience in 4wd low as well. Except for me, pedal will go all the way to the floor and at times will not even hold the van from creeping forward. It...
