The filter (never go cheap on filters for the 6.0) is a bit more, and the big thing is the 14 Qts. of oil it takes.

My Ford dealer didn't charge me to do the transfer case/driveline removal. Perhaps they were just being kind. I can send you a copy of my work order if you want.

ARP studs are available on line from a few vendors I think www.bulletproofdiesel.com (https://www.bulletproofdiesel.com) has them. Honestly though, our vans are de-tuned from the factory and produce...

Good to hear that the dealership seems confident. Make sure they change out your STC fitting on your HPOP in they haven't already.
The dealership here pulled the transmission to fix a rear...
