At best with the typical agm batteries on the market, you can only use 50% at most without harming the battery.
A general rule of thumb is 100 ah of battery needs 100 watt input of solar.

Don't forget about power consumption too, if you have a house battery you'll need to calculate the draw vs storage.
It's one of the reasons why I bought the Espar D4 (and my has a diesel engine)
