Check ont the Recaro site the tuning section:

You will see there the seats designed for the 4pt harness.

They are planned for my van. Will have to figure out how to fasten them on a swivel plate :b1:
Had some in a previous 4x4, good support and depending on the model they have medium to firm foams.
