Greydawg,

I used plastic panels that I thermoformed to match the van side and the insulation is Low-E kind of refletics but with foam with small air bubbles, insulates well and reduces the noise....

It gave me some work to repair it but I also modified it to increase the cooling airflow.

Just got my van back from the dealer at 24'000 miles

There were some issues that got fixed such as windshield leak, break and ABS lights came on, dash light dimmer and the check engine light that...

Mattress will be attached to the back of the bench and no I didn't take in account that the swivel will raise the seat but I wanted to raise them anyhow so that is good news... and will see if bench...

You are correct, I tinted the rear windows and will put insulation in between the window and the side panel.

Regarding the heater, Webasto is sending me a new unit, hopefully not damaged this time.

Did the templates for the floor. Now I just have to wait until I receive the aluminium rails that will hold...
