I have found that the type of people that would steal parts from a parked car don't have principles. The whole point for them is to cut and run, tweakers are paranoid and do NOT want to be caught.

You should use a couple of different size bolts that are recessed(so they can not be ground off easily). The different size heads mean a change of sockets to remove the cage. The more time it takes,...
