It doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. For $75 you can find a used Yakima or Thule hitch rack on CL that will work fine, albeit without all the bells and whistles. For maybe double that you...

If you go with a rear rack, spend the extra $$ and get a swing-away version. The tilt-down racks are ok, but are hard to use and still block the rear doors. We use a Thule swing-away rack where the...
