I think it's pretty fair for the nice condition...

I think it's pretty fair for the nice condition it appears to be in. The Dodge platform detracts from the price a bit. If this were a Ford it would have sold in a day or two, even at a higher price....

My SMB has a mostly similar layout inside, and we really like it. The downstairs bed has a lot of room for two people. We don't have the shower, though (which is kinda cool...)
