In the past I've used RSS feeds out of Searchtempest/Craigslist and fed into Feedly for easy viewing. Over the past year or so Feedly has had constant outages for their CL feeds.

You can also output specific searches from there as RSS feeds and dump them into your newsreader. I have a SMB one set up that way, which is how I found my van in North...
