I also saw this injector oil pressure equalizer tube installed onto an OBS 1996 F350 from RiffRaff: seemed to do as advertised, smoothed out the idle, rattled less.

There's also a fuel filter and air separator assembly that's supposed to remove 'entrained' air bubbles in the fuel, said to cause rattling. It's called "Air Dog"

Just a thought; they make a fuel line crossover...

Just a thought; they make a fuel line crossover pipe, that reduces the 'rattling' of the 7.3 Diesel at idle and when you let off the throttle.

I've heard one in use, and considered using one...
