Width of DualTop is 14'' (36cm), so it's wider as the undernaeth width. But maybe with such a cut of inner body, it will fit in this place.

No. Under left side, I want to install an air compressor with a few gallons tank and I guess that OEM batteries are installed under right side. My concern was to possibly install a Webasto DualTop...
