^^^ appreciate the info herb, but imho the bulbs dont work well enough to justify the extra money for a proper flasher, resistors, or the time to do either.

the "fuller" look is an illusion from the reflector. if i had taken the pic knelt down, it would look different. as i moved, the hot spots would move in both lights. the bulbs also caused erratic...

stopped by the auto parts store to pick up a replacement bulb and found a set of the led ones for sale. said wth and picked them up. led bulb on right, conventional on left.
