Thanks caringb! That's what I figured might be the case, but the guy at the car electronics shop was trying to convince me that it was impossible.

What system do you have in your van?

Hi all,

I'm shopping for an alarm system(keyless entry, etc) for my 2000 Chateau passenger van and I'm wondering if there is a system allow me to turn on the interior lights with the remote fob...
