Here are pics of the seat/bed. I just added the leather headrests yesterday and I think they will work well. The back of the seat was a bit low and I was worried about neck injuries so I added them....

ok so it is only 2.5" in diameter and with the bend is only about 10" long. This is the blue pipe that goes from the metal output line from the turbo to the input on the side of the intercooler.

I think I spray an undercoating of some sort on the floor then maybe just use some 3/4" garage flooring from Home Depot. Total cost would be $325ish. But the sheet is 7.5' x 17' so...
