Also, just to let you know. SMB in Fresno will take it apart and replace canvas for about $2500, and sell you just the canvas for about $900 - but you sometimes have to talk them into it.

Yikes. That doesn't look good. I'd read boywonders thread about putting one together, cause you'll need to take most of that apart to inspect and repair.

Hopefully you caught it before the wood...

Fiberglass isn't super fun to work with, but it's easy enough.. And, you don't have to worry about how pretty the work is, as it will be hidden by SMB headliner.
