I went ahead and ordered the 3 inch washers and some adhesive backed weather resistant butyl.

I think the liner idea is not in the budget for now.

The biggest there seems to be is a 3 inch with a 1/4 inch hole. Which would probably work.

The original poster used a 4 1/2 inch washer which I was hoping...

I did. And Grainger.
The combination of small inside diameter to oversized outside diameter seems to make it difficult.
Searched a couple of bolt and fastener type websites as well.

Sorry to dig up an old one. But I'm having difficulty finding the large washers locally or online. Has anyone got a lead on where to find them that would like to share?!
