I think if you will be doing driving that needs an Atlas, you are probably exceeding the capabilities of the frame. The Chevy frame is smaller and thinner than the Ford frame, which is a major reason...

Just a hunch.... I suspect you could swap T-cases, but I think the electronics could a nightmare, since the wiring and programming for the two are different.
